9/11 Museum Of Rich Crass Elites & Tastelessness

The 9/11 Museum in New York City on "hallowed ground" has opened. Wherever one may fall along the spectrum, from believing in the government's conspiracy theory (which, of course, the museum endorses) to believing there were no planes, no one can deny that this "museum" is nothing more than a feel good for rich, crass elitists and a monument to tastelessness.

It was bad enough that the powers that be decided to move some 8,000 pieces of remains to a repository in the same building as the new "museum" as opposed to an aboveground tomb like the Unknown Soldier. It was even worse that crass rich elitists (some of whom made a lot of money off of the attacks) attended what amounted to a cocktail party on hallowed ground before the "museum's" official opening. “You enjoy dinner & drinks on top of my brothers grave last night douchebags?” tweeted Robert Shay Jr.’s sister.

No, the real jaw dropping act of tastelessness is the gift shop. You read that right, on "hallowed ground" there rests a fucking gift shop where people will continue to make money off of the victims. Perhaps the most tasteless gift in this dive is the 9/11 Cheese Plate, complete with little stars where the attacks occurred. I'll wait as you let that sink in.

If anyone is still onboard with idea that your rich overseers and politicians have always had your best interests at heart I hope this "museum" has disabused you of that. Imagine what a visit to the gift shop might be like.

"Hello, and welcome to the 9/11 Museum Gift Shop. Oh, I see you're spying our classy 9/11 Cheese Plate. Perfect for your wine and cheese parties as you discuss the latest best seller. No, no, no, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Perhaps I could interest you in one of our Mohamed Atta passport replicas? They're only $9.95 each. We also have ashtrays formed out of the steel from the girders. They make excellent conversation starters as well has a repository for your butts. Or, might I interest you in our 9/11 Paperweights? Made from the pulverized remains of your fellow citizens, it retails for only $29.95. Buy two, they make wonderful gifts!"

Michael Hastings, The Car Crash & The Autopsy Report

Two months after the fatal car crash that apparently took the life of journalist Michael Hastings, the autopsy report has finally been released. In the report, the toxicology screen revealed that Hastings had trace amounts of marijuana and an amphetamine in his system which were both ingested several hours before the crash and were not contributing factors to the so-called accident. Predictably, the Mainstream Media (MSM) pounced on these trace amounts in their headlines essentially to make Hastings a meth head in the eyes of the public and tamp down the many inconsistencies in the official story. Indeed, the release of the autopsy report, coupled with previously released witnesses accounts and videos, makes these many inconsistencies even more glaring and the obvious "blame the victim" meme even more disturbing. The autopsy report mentions the discovery of two empty alcoholic bottles "near" the crash site not once, but twice, even though the report states there was no alcohol in his blood.

The coroner is making his conclusions based on the theory that the decedent was involved in a high speed crash with a "fixed object" (the palm tree). The coroner states that all burns to the body were postmortem, all on the left side, with extensive charring of the head and upper left chest and back and that all fractures on the left side were thermal fractures, also postmortem. This means he was dead before the fire consumed the passenger compartment; with the coroner establishing near instantaneous death due to "massive blunt force trauma" consistent with the sudden deceleration caused by a car hitting a fixed object at high speed.

I stated that the coroner's conclusions were based on a theory because of a restaurant surveillance video that was finally released more than four weeks after the crash. It shows the car was traveling at a speed of about 35 mph and that there are two distinct explosions before the car comes to a stop, when a third and largest explosion takes place. The distance between the restaurant camera and the point of the car stopping is about 200 feet. The time between the car next to the camera and the point of the car stopping is 4 seconds. This results in a speed of about 35 mph. The posted speed on Highland is 35 mph.

ROBERT F. KENNEDY - The Most Obvious Conspiracy

(A mortally wounded Senator Robert F. Kennedy asks if "everyone else is alright?". Photo through Fair Use.)

After midnight on June 5th, 1968, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, who had just won the California Democratic Primary, was walking through the kitchen pantry of the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, having just gave a victory speech, when he was felled by assassin's bullets. The official narrative of this assassination is fairly cut and dried. Sirhan Sirhan, an apparently disgruntled 24 year old Palestinian Arab, emptied his .22-caliber revolver from in front the approaching Kennedy and was still firing as he was tackled by onlookers. There was a trial, Sirhan's defense team stipulated to his guilt and he has spent the last 45 years in jail. Below is a video of RFK's press secretary, Frank Mankiewicz, announcing the Senator's death.

This New York Times article from June 6th, 1968, pretty much sums up the Mainstream Media (MSM) official version of events with a remarkable lack of contradictions for early reporting. So, how is the assassination of RFK the obvious conspiracy? Because the eyewitnesses and the autopsy report totally contradict the official version. It's not even close.

Mass Manipulation - Too Many Gunmen At The Sandy Hook Shooting

At this point, to question any part of the official story of what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14th, 2012, could be prosecuted as a crime. That's how far it has come since last summer's shooting at the Aurora, CO movie theater. These reactions are to be expected because they are one of the many byproducts of mass manipulation. Questioning equals conspiracy theory and questioners are conspiracy theorists. Or the wearer of tin foil hats. But, in this case, those accused of wearing such hats are at risk of a televised attack by Anderson Cooper or criminal prosecution by the authorities.
(aerial photo of Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14th, 2012)
With this study, I would like to move past this knee-jerk equation of what defines questioning of any official story. I am not proposing a conspiracy theory. My main purpose is to ask questions of the simplistic official story of a very complex case. Specifically, like the Aurora shooting and the Sikh Temple shooting, Sandy Hook also had early reports of gunmen which eventually disappeared without any more mention in the Mainstream Media (MSM).

The Aurora shootings had both eyewitnesses to more than one gunman and/or accomplice and police scanner audio recordings featuring descriptions of two extra suspects. The Sikh Temple shooting had a few eyewitness accounts of more than one gunman, but no chatter about them on the police scanner. The Sandy Hook shooting not only had eyewitness reports and police scanner audio of more than one gunman, it also had police helicopter video footage that was telecast on national television of the police chasing and arresting one of the gunman in the trees next to the school!

My 1st Year Of Blogging - Here Are The Top 10

As difficult as it is for me to contemplate, this marks my first year of blogging. After publishing some 60 posts, readers from all over the world have read enough of them for me to create a Top 10 list of blog posts. As I've said before, Americans love lists and nothing is better than reading lists than creating lists. I thought about creating my own personal Top 10 list, but I'll just stick with a list based on reader "views" with appropriate comments. Not surprisingly, the articles about conspiracies lead the way.

1. http://rod-harrel.blogspot.com/2011/11/jfk-conspiracy-proof-is-in-warren.html
"JFK CONSPIRACY-The Proof Is In The Warren Report" was one of two postings concerning the 48th anniversary of JFK's assassination. This one far outpaced the others on the list and is certainly in my personal top five.

2. http://rod-harrel.blogspot.com/2012/03/john-lennon-conspiracy-of-silence.html
"JOHN LENNON - A Conspiracy Of Silence" wherein I reprinted the original script for the documentary of the same name. Due to time limitations, the documentary was kept just under fifteen minutes, which meant some material was edited out. I felt some readers might enjoy the longer version and apparently they did. The article also includes a link to the video on You Tube.

3. http://rod-harrel.blogspot.com/2011/10/obama-extrajudicial-mass-murderer.html
"Obama: Extra Judicial Mass Murderer" was by far the most popular blog in terms of page views at the end of 2011. I'm pleased as I feel it is one of my best works.

4. http://rod-harrel.blogspot.com/2011/11/walter-cronkite-was-source-of-core-jfk.html
"Walter Cronkite Was The Source Of The Core 'JFK Conspiracies' came about after watching the original live broadcasts from CBS News on that fateful day in Dallas. I was amazed how many of the subsequent "theories" were originally reported as facts.

5. http://rod-harrel.blogspot.com/2011/08/presidents-who-owned-people.html
"Presidents Who Owned People" is still one of my personal favorites. Pictures and history! I got the idea after reading a well researched article about our Presidents.

JOHN LENNON - A Conspiracy Of Silence

©2010 by Rod Harrel
Author's Note: This is the original script for the documentary of the same (see link to video below).

Thirty years later there remains the accepted history of John Lennon’s death: a lone nut Beatle fan gunned down the pop culture hero. The songs, the tributes, the articles, the videos rarely mentioned the killer, and when they do, he was always alone. Or, perhaps, he did have company, but it was in the form of his demons, his misconceptions of Christianity, or his craving for infamy. A lone nut, a fan no less, had gunned down our dear, beloved, ex-Beatle John. It would seem all sewn up, except for what Sean Lennon said in 1998.

“He was a countercultural revolutionary, and the government takes that shit really seriously historically,” Sean Lennon said of his father’s death. “He was dangerous to the government…These pacifist revolutionaries are historically killed by the government, and anybody who thinks that Mark Chapman was just some crazy guy who killed my dad for his personal interests is insane, I think, or very naïve, or hasn’t thought about it clearly. It was in the best interests of the United States to have my dad killed, definitely. And, you know, that worked against them, to be honest, because once he died his powers grew. So, I mean, fuck them. They didn’t get what they wanted.”1
Photo: Bob Gruen
The quote, from an interview, was an amazing thing to see in print: Sean intuitively lays out the groundwork for further investigation of his father’s death. Unfortunately, perhaps predictably, less than two weeks after the interview there was some serious backpedaling by Sean. Older half-brother, Julian Lennon, had publicly chastised Sean, saying that his remarks were “ill-advised” and that “if you’re going to say something like that, you need to have your facts.” Through a spokesman, Sean said that he regretted saying what he did immediately after the interview.2 In the world of celebrity, the word regret is apparently a synonym for “sorry that I told the truth.” All that is left is a brotherly debate, in public no less.
Incredibly, in the conspiracy-strewn landscape of American pop culture, the Lennon brothers’ statements represent only the second public contradiction of the accepted history their father’s assassination. Only Fenton Bresler’s groundbreaking 1989 book, Who Killed John Lennon? stands as the first. The book caused nary a ripple in the mainstream media, the press corps, America’s fourth estate.

Walter Cronkite Was The Source Of The Core "JFK Conspiracies"

President John F. Kennedy was killed, Texas Governor John Connally and James Teague were wounded during an assassination ambush in downtown Dallas on November 22nd, 1963. The shooting occurred at approximately 12:30pm Central Standard Time (CST). CBS-TV broke into regular programming with a bulletin about ten minutes later. Since television cameras back in 1963 took nearly thirty minutes to cold start, all audiences saw were a CBS News Bulletin card and heard the voice of Walter Cronkite. He reported from the Associated Press that three shots had been fired at the motorcade and that Kennedy was "seriously wounded." Cronkite advised, to what was probably a stunned audience, "stay tuned to CBS News for further details".

Well, the "further details" that Cronkite reported during the next thirty minutes are the source material for the core "conspiracy theories" about the assassination. Yes, and not without a definite caveat dolloped on at the end! These reports, of course, disappeared from the broadcasts as the story became the arrest of the possible assassin.
Iconic Polaroid photograph taken by Mary Moorman.
Below, I have transcribed the relevant portions from a recording of the actual broadcast.

12:40pm CST (all times approximate)
CBS breaks into regular programming with a special report by Walter Cronkite, voice only over a “CBS Bulletin”  logo.

Only twenty minutes after the assassination, Cronkite is reporting about the discovery of two possible assassins: a man and a woman! Rarely reported in pro-conspiracy books and articles and not at all in the anti-conspiracy one, this odd imagery, as it were, would be repeated five years later with the assassination of Robert Kennedy. Also, the infamous grassy knoll makes its first appearance.
12:50pm CST
CRONKITE: After these three loud bursts of gunshot, Dallas motorcycle officers escorting the president quickly leaped from their bikes and raced up a grassy hill. At the top of the hill a man and woman appeared huddled on the ground. In the turmoil it has been impossible so far to determine whether the Secret Service and Dallas Police returned the gunfire that struck down Kennedy and Connally, or whether this couple at the top of the hill, crouched down in their inert forms as the police rushed them were the would-be assassins.

This report contains the first overt mention of shot(s) coming from the grassy knoll and automatic weapon fire. Also, he is reporting "a crowd" surrounding the previously mentioned couple.
12:57pm CST
CRONKITE: Some of the Secret Service Agents thought the gunfire, however, was from an automatic weapon fired to the right rear of the Chief Executive’s car. Possibly from a grassy knoll. And that’s that knoll to which motorcycle policemen were seen racing and where the huddled figures of a man and a woman were seen on the ground with a crowd surrounding them. Which suggests of course, that perhaps, this is where the shots came from. This we do not know as yet positively.

The CBS network now switches to its local affiliate in Dallas. The first report of a Secret Service agent in the President's motorcade being killed is aired.
1:03pm CST
Reporters from Dallas station KLRD-
EDDIE BARKER: One of the Secret Service Agents who was riding with the President was killed. Is that correct?
DICK ?: That is the report at this moment.
BARKER: Dick, has there been any report as to whether or not the assassin was apprehended?
DICK ?: Nothing on the apprehension as yet…

1:06pm CST
Still from Dallas station KLRD.
BARKER: Uh, the report is that the attempted assassins, we now hear that it was a man and woman, who fired the shots, were on the ledge of a building near the Houston Street underpass. Uh, just from memory, that would put…

After this interesting bit of news, a major confirmation of what Cronkite had reported less than twenty minutes earlier, Barker is cut off and the image returns to CBS news headquarters in New York and Walter Cronkite.
CRONKITE: That was a report from Eddie Barker at our affiliate KLRD in Dallas, Texas.

1:11pm CST
Back to Dallas and the caveat of unconfirmed stories, however the reporting of the death of a Secret Service agent continued.
BARKER: As you can imagine there are many stories that are coming in now as to the actual condition of the President. One is that he is dead. This cannot be confirmed. Another is that Gov. Connelly is in the operating room. This we have not confirmed. Another is, and apparently this is correct, that one of the Secret Service Agents, whose job it was to guard the life of the President was killed in his line of duty. The President was whisked from the scene of the attempted assassination, or assassination, depending upon his condition of course at this hour, by bus to Parkland Hospital…
Walter Cronkite reads the official bulletin of JFK's death. (photo source: obrag.org)
As these initial reports quietly disappeared, even the reports about the heroic dead Secret Service agent, Cronkite eventually reported the awful, obvious news about Kennedy.
1:38pm CST
CRONKITE: From Dallas, Texas, the flash, apparently official: "President Kennedy died at 1 p.m. Central Standard Time." 2 o'clock Eastern Standard Time, some 38 minutes ago.

THE JFK CONSPIRACY: The Proof Is In The Warren Report

I believe it is safe to say that no one will ever be arrested, let alone tried and convicted, of deed or complicity, in the assassination of John F. Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963. Mainly because almost all of them are dead. It is unlikely that a notarized document from Oswald or a member of the military/industrial complex exclaiming, "Yes, I shot that son of bitch Kennedy dead!" will suddenly be discovered. Yet, even a cursory examination of the available evidence reveals that a coup d'état was accomplished in America that day.

It is easy to forget, given the distance in time of almost 50 years, that almost every conspiracy theory began with the publication of the very document created to refute conspiracy: The Warren Report.
More importantly, even though the Report's conclusion was that a lone assassin fired three shots from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository building, the evidence included in the Report completely refutes its own conclusion!

What I would like to do is focus on three examples of evidence which explicitly show that the official version is incorrect and hence a conspiracy in the truest sense of the word did exist. With this knowledge we can see that a coup did happen and we as a people and as a nation have suffered from the repercussions that reverberate to this day. To begin, let us look at the well worn official version of the assassination in Dallas, Texas. President Kennedy, his wife Jackie, Texas Governor John Connally and his wife Nellie were riding in an open air convertible as part of a motorcade through downtown Dallas.
The presidential motorcade in downtown Dallas. Left to right: Texas Governor John Connally, his wife Nellie, President John F. Kennedy, his wife Jackie.

A LIST OF REAL MSM NEWS BLACKOUTS

As shown in a previous post, the Wall Street occupation news blackout is pure disinformation. Here are some MSM news blackouts that are real (and some of these point up that, yes indeed, the shadow government CAN keep a conspiracy secret).

JOHN LENNON - a conspiracy of silence

Now that the tea party is out of my system, I'd like to share with you all a documentary I did last winter about John Lennon's assassination.
I'm getting ready to shoot a new scary short film and this is a good way to clear the palette.
